Need information regarding Joseph REGESTER, brothers and father, Charles REGESTER. Silversmiths from England arriving ca 1890. Employed by Gorham Co. Lived in Providence area. Passenger ship arrival information. Tradition is they came from Sheffield, England. Nothing has been found to substantiate this. Any information about this family greatly appreciated.

Woonsocket - Could you find the family name of Marie CREDIT (PELOQUIN)'s mother. The latter married David FORTIN on 25 April 1881 at Precious Blood Church, Woonsocket.The person we are looking for was married to Calixte CREDIT(Dit PELOQUIN) and for unknown reasons her name only appears as M....on the marriage certificate. Usually the difficulty resides in the spelling of French-Canadian names,but on this occasion the celebrant was from Quebec. Could you please help solve this enigma? Thanks

Do you know where in Cranston Edward SARLE 1724-1795 is buried and how to get a photo of the gravestone. I also assume that his wife Mayer BAKER SARLE 1725-1804 would be nearby. Please advise to fees. I have about twice as much of the SEARLE / SARLE genealogy as the Rhode Island Historical Society. It ranges from Edward SEARL 16??-1679 to the present day. However it does have gaps. Best regards

My Grandmother passed away this Fall. Her name was Anna RAWLINSON. She was born in (West Warwick) Artic, Rhode Island on March 23, 1902 to James & Bertha (WHITMAN) RAWLINSON. Her Social Security Number 005 - 14 - 0437. She married Charles M CROWELL, September 1924 in Providence, RI. Divorced Charles around 1935. Charles died in October of 1945 in Portland, Maine. I am looking for some information to get me started. Can you help?
