Looking for anybody doing research on the KING or ROY families of Quebec. My gg grandfather was Cleophas F KING / ROY who was born in Quebec in April 1835. He married Sophia BENNET (dau of Joseph BENNET and Sophia COTE both of Quebec) in 1858 in Sommersworth NH. They lived in Providence and then Pawtucket from 1865 to about 1890. They then moved to Attleboro and then North Attleboro. Cleophas was a carpenter and lived on Japonica St Pawtucket in 1870 and 1880. RI Quaker researchers. Does anyone know of an "Old Quaker Cemetary, 1752-1845" ? I found an old sign for this in an antique shop in Maine. Is it a Rhode Island cemetary? If so, please let me know. It doesn't seem proper to me to sell such a sign. It's like finding a G.A.R. marker in an antique shop...it's not where it belongs. Perhaps it can be returned to its rightful place. The only clue I have is that perhaps Angelina FALINO was married to Mr. ROZZI and had two children William and Dorothy who are married and maybe the other sister married a cousin also called FALINO and had a son called Canio FALINO,who should be now 70 or 80.I remember also a cousin of mine Edmondo FALINO who was an Army Officer and in 1944 he was in Naples and was responsible for the hospitals of the Naples area and then he moved to Paris. These are the only clues I have about my relatives in Rhode Island and would like to be in touch with them and their children and grandchildren before dying. I hope you can help me.
