Looking for info on Patrick NANNERY. He is shown on the 1880 Providence, RI Census, ED11, page174D as an inmate of the Dexter Assylum. What was the Dexter Assylum and are there any records about the place? Patrick is 53 at that time and was born in Ireland. I believe him to be the elder brother of our great grandfather Laurence. I would so appreciate any leads to info in any form. Feel free to email direct.
