CLARK, TAPPAN, TOPPAN posted by Kenneth on Thursday, March 16, 2006

Hi there. I'm seeking information about the parents of one Susan CLARK, born (possibly) in Pawtucket Rhode Island in the mid to later 1830s (perhaps 1837). She married Ephraim Hunt TAPPAN (sometimes spelled TOPPAN) from Newbury Mass, and they settled in Attleborough, Mass (she is the older woman in this picture: http://www.old- homes.net/pix/tappan/source/frontparlor2.html). As I said, she may or may not be of the Rhode Island CLARK's, but the only sources I have come across suggest she was born in Pawtucket. Thank you for any help you might be able to provide.
